  1. Which are the payment methods?

For orders within Greece you can pay via PayPal, Credit, Debit or Prepaid card, bank transfer or cash on delivery (in this case customers will be charged the amount of 2,50€). For orders outside Greece you can pay via PayPal, Credit, Debit or Prepaid card.

  1. How can I receive my online order?

At the completion of the order, you can choose to be sent via ACS courier or to pick up yourself from a Badila store.

  1. Which couriers do you use for deliveries?

For orders within Greece we use ACS courier service. For deliveries abroad, we use GLS courier service.

  1. How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is set within Greece at 3,00€ for orders up to 25,00€. For order more than 25,00€ there is no shipping cost.
For abroad deliveries the shipping cost differs depending the country (between 12,00€-16,00€). At the completion of the order, the fixed rate is indicated in the country of dispatch selection.

  1. How can I return a product?

  1. Can you make a money refund?

Money refunds can be done only on online orders from our company headquarters. For purchases from physical stores, is possible to change the product with something new.

  1. Can I cancel or modify my order?

To cancel or modify your order you can contact with us by phone at 2102530017 or by sending an email to eshop@badila.gr.

  1. I receive a wrong or a defective product. What should I do?

In case you receive a wrong or a defective product, we take care of the return cost. In this case the return must be made with ACS courier.

  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped after 2-3 business days via courier and reach the final destination in 2-3 business days after the shipment date.
The delivery time can be extended for various reasons e.g. extreme weather conditions.

  1. When can I pick up my order from the store I selected?

If you choose store pick up, we will send you an email to inform you that the order has arrived in the selected store. You have 3 days to pick up your purchase.

  1. Can I use my student discount in an online order?

The student discount can only be used in our physical stores by indicating the student pass of a Greek university at the checkout.

  1. How can I use a voucher on my online order?

At the checkout of the order, click on “Have a promotional code?” and then enter the voucher code you have.
*You can redeem only one voucher per order.

  1. How can I redeem a gift card?

To redeem an online gift card, at the checkout you should click on “Have a promotional code?” and then enter the gift card code that’s indicated on the email you received. Online gift cards can’t be redeemed at our physical stores.

  1. Should I create a profile to complete my order?

No. it’s not necessary to have a profile. You can complete it as a guest.
For your convenience we recommend to sign up to our website.

  1. The prices at the eshop are the same with the prices at the physical stores?

Of course! The prices are same both in physical stores and eshop.

  1. How can I keep up with the new product and the current offers?

You can subscribe to our newsletter and you will be informed first, about all the information you need to know.

  1. How do I know that my order was placed successfully?

When you place your order, automatically it will be send to you an email with all the details of your order.

  1. What should I do if I don’t get my order confirmation?

You have to make sure that you checked you Spam. If you can’t find the confirmation email, you can contact us at 2102530017 or email us at eshop@badila.gr.

  1. I forgot my account’s password. What should I do?

You have to click at “I forgot my password” and follow the all steps to log in to your account.
